We are licensed and insured.

Any scheduled charters require a 20% deposit in advance unless other arrangements are made with the Captain. Deposits will be returned due to weather related problems or a two week notice of cancellation. Balance will be due the day of the trip before boarding.

All deposits/gift certificates can be made through PayPal located on the Home Page.

All clients will be required to sign a release of liability form before boarding. All minors will need a parent or guardian to sign for them and be present during the charter.

The Captain can at anytime cancel or delay a trip based on current or predicted weather conditions. Partial refunds will be available if a trip must be cut short due to inclement weather.

Any fish that are caught are yours to keep and enjoy. We do offer cleaning of fish at no charge and $10/foot for alligators.
